Hi Pirate….Hotpot shield working great at home ..as soon as i reach office…it just gets blocked up…Symantec endpoint protection is blocking this seems like on office network…kinldy assist me crack this…1 /10 times only i am able to connect in office..other times i am not…thanks to suggest a solution …and yes my symantec options are greyed out ..i do have admin access but excluded for this software specifically

I have installed HSS as you have explained above in my windows xp sp3 but a popup message “Hotspot shield 3.37 has encounter a problem…….” also when I launch the program ” Hotspot shield has detected an internal error”

My mistake, I forgot to run as an administrator. Also problem wasnt 100% solved. After I run like an administrator works OK but at first click to chance anything in HSS, the problem came back.
So, after I download latest version HSS-3.42-install-e-550-plain and respect 100% your indicated steps, my Elite protection is stable as a stone and valid until February 2018.
Now I “can be” anywhere in the world not only in USA.

but hotspot shield not working for me.. he always show message waiting for server but he can not connect.. i think my colleges use high security software used . plze sir any other way then plze give me that way 🙁
